INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Charan Dhillon, Advanced GeoEnvironrnental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for the property located at 2057 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California(site) <br /> The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Structures and boring and well locations <br /> are illustrated on Figure 2 Site background information is summarized Appendix A Soil and ground <br /> water analytical data from the current and previous investigations can be found in Tables 1 through 4 <br /> 2.0 PROCEDURES <br /> t <br />' The field work was conducted as outlined in the AGE-prepared,Preliminary Site Assessment Work <br /> Plan Addendum - August 2003, dated 28 August 2003 and approved by EHD in a letter dated <br /> 04 September 2003 Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) sites <br /> 16 <br /> 2 1 MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION, DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY <br /> Four soil borings were advanced on 17 and 18 March 2004 for collection of soil samples and <br /> installation of three ground water monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2 and MW-3) The monitoring <br />' wells were developed on 24 March 2004, and surveyed and sampled on 30 March 2004 <br />' 2 1 1 Drilling and Sampling <br /> On 17 and 18 March 2004,four soil borings(MW 1 through MW3 and B 1)were advanced at the site <br /> t A CME-75HT truck mounted drill rig was utilizing to advance 8 25-inch diameter hollow-stem <br /> augers to the total depth of each boring, 50 feet below surface grade (bsg) in boring B 1 and 45 feet <br /> bsg in borings MW1 through MW 3 The drill rig and three-man crew were supplied by Cascade <br />' Drilling Incorporated of Rancho Cordova, California Auger returns generated by drilling were <br /> containerized in properly labeled Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved model 17H <br /> 55-gallon drums and was stored on-site <br /> ISoil samples were collected ahead of the drill bit using a California modified split-spoon sampler <br /> loaded with three pre-cleaned 2-inch by 6-inch brass sleeves The samples were collected from the <br />' pilot borings at 5-foot intervals, beginning at 5 feet bsg in boring MW3 and 10 feet bsg in borings <br /> . 131, MW1 and MW2, using a 140-pound hammer to advance the sampler The number of blows <br /> IAdvanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> 1 <br />
