Mr.Wayne Dietz July 14, 2008
2154 S. El Dorado Street Investors, a California Limited Partnership Page 8 of 8
collected at all five (5) of these sample locations in the southern section of the site. The
concentrations of GRO detected in the groundwater in this area indicate the presence of free
product in the vicinity of the USTs.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the findings of this investigation,ROKEN recommends the following:
1) A copy of this report must be submitted to SJCEHD as required under the SJCEHD
permit issued for this investigation.
2) A Notification of Release form should be prepared and submitted to the SJCEHD.
3) A UST removal permit should be obtained and the USTs should be removed from the site
as soon as possible, including over-excavation of impacted soil.
4) A geophysical investigation should be conducted over the entire site to identify the
location and extent of buried objects and debris.
5) A remedial investigation workplan should be prepared to characterize the nature and
extent of soil and groundwater contamination at this site.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service. If you have any questions or require additional
information, please contact the undersigned.
Sincerely,
ROKFN ENGINEERING SERVICES D GFo<pc/
 Q MIGHAfI L WRIGHi {
W 6924 Q'
Michael Wright, PG OFCAFQ
Principal-Operations Manager
ATTACHMENTS: FIGURE 1 —Site Map- Soil Sample Locations
TABLE 1 —Groundwater Analytical Results
APPENDIX A—Site Photographs
APPENDIX B—Laboratory Analytical Reports
