EL DORADO STREET, STOCKTON, CA
On April 5, 2010, the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Financial
Assistance received your application for the Orphan Site Cleanup Fund (OSCF) for a
site located at 2154 S. EI Dorado Street in Stockton. After reviewing your OSCF
application, Ms. Judy Reid, Manager of the OSCF program, called and spoke with you
to discuss the following issues on April 30, 2010:
1. Your case is not in the Geotracker database. According to the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD), there is no open case or
existence of tanks located on the referenced site.
2. The Phase II Environmental Site Investigation report dated July 14, 2008 and
prepared by ROKEN Engineering Services was never submitted to SJCEHD.
In your telephone conversation with Ms. Reid on April 30, 2010, you indicated that you
would contact SJCEHD to submit the Phase II Environmental Site Investigation report
and complete an unauthorized release form.
On July 8, 1 e-mailed you to request for a status update. On August 25, 1 sent a follow
up e-mail. On September 2, 2010, 1 called and left a voice mail message.
We have not received any response to any of the above requests.
Failure to respond and provide us with a status update within thirty (30) calendar days
from the date of this letter will result in an ineligibility determination of your grant
application.
Califolnra EaYllamwe/ltalPI-oleeliaa Ageaey
:Al* A rrcledPaper
