El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Deitz: <br /> ROKEN Engineering Services (ROKEN)is pleased to present this workplan to Stockton Housing <br /> Investors, L.P. (SHI) for a limited groundwater investigation at the above referenced property. The <br /> work will be conducted in a professional manner according to applicable industry standards and <br /> practices and will be performed by qualified and experienced professionals. ROKEN personnel <br /> assigned to this project will have the appropriate State of California qualifications to perform the <br /> work. SHI will facilitate site access and will provide any available up to date information regarding <br /> site conditions(technical reports, as-built drawings,etc.)that may assist us to effectively and <br /> efficiently complete our work. <br /> The purpose of this workplan is to investigate certain groundwater conditions at 2154 S. El <br /> Dorado Street in Stockton, California (the site) and the investigation is limited to identification of <br /> particular compounds as described below. The workplan is based on limited available <br /> information as referenced herewithin. This workplan outlines the general procedures and <br /> methods used to carry out the groundwater sampling and analysis plan. If conditions are <br /> identified that are not sufficiently characterized or environmental impacts are identified in <br /> possible conflict with applicable regulations, ROKEN may recommend additional sampling to <br /> further delineate the nature and extent of these conditions. <br /> 1.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is a roughly rectangular, irregular shaped, 1.93-acre property located on the northeast <br /> corner of El Dorado Street and Eighth Street in Stockton, California (FIGURE 1). It is a flat, <br /> vacant parcel with some vegetation and it is surrounded by commercial and residential <br /> development.
