El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA
{
Dear Mr. Valentine:
Geological Technics Inc. is pleased to present the following feasibility study work plan for a
dual phase extraction pilot test at the 2315 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, California. It has
been ten years since the initial soil borings were installed to determine the impact from the
gasoline release at the site., Although additional wells are proposed for installation to
complete'plume definition, further delay in addressing the clean up of the plume allows it to
continue to migrate off site. This work plan is intended to begin the process of remediating
the contamination rather than just monitoring it.
The dual phase extraction testing is intended to evaluate the feasibility of utilizing both soil
vapor and groundwater extraction technologies to treat the gasoline plume at the site., An
added benefit to this work is the removal of contaminant mass during the extraction testing
work.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me. Thank you for
this opportunity to serve your environinental needs.
Respectfully Submitted,
i
Raynold I.
