The deadline to submit this plan is
November 30, 1998:
I. Perform a well survey for a radius of 500 to 1000 feet. To include both domestic wells and
municiple wells. Obtain well logs for as many wells as possible in this area.
2. Define the vertical extent of the contamination. This task should include the following
parameters:
• Description of the subsurface geology on a continuous basis, either by continuous coring,
CPT,or something similar.
• Collect and test several soil and groundwater samples from the same horizon in avertical
profile,possibly using SimulProbe technology.
• Install several wells in a clustered manner to allow for repeat groundwater sampling.
If you have any comments, please call me at 209-538-6424.
Respectfully Submitted,
Geofagicaf?eefoics Inc.
Raynold I.Kablanow II,Ph.D.
cc: Steve Valetine
TOTAL P.01
1
I
