Stephen Valentine Page 2 <br /> The newly installed monitoring wells should be strategically placed to increase the probability that there will be at <br /> least one well in a downgradient position and to establish zero lines which will be as close to the limits of the plume <br /> as possible. <br /> Please submit a permit application and a permit ;application fee of $89 for a well installation permit prior to <br /> installation of the two monitoring wells. All sampling and grouting procedures shall be performed under inspection <br /> of PHS/BHD.
