A water well/receptor survey will be conducted to identify all domestic and municipal <br /> production wells around the site. This survey will include the following: <br /> 1. File Review <br /> A review the well logs on file at the California Department of Water Resources in <br /> Sacramento <br /> • Any logs found will be copied and the location and details of well construction will <br /> be detailed in the report. <br /> 2. Visual Inspection <br /> • Visual reconnaissance will be conducted by walking and looking around residences <br /> and buildings for wells, pressure tanks and pump houses. <br /> r. • This reconnaissance will be conducted 500 feet up and cross gradient and 1,000 feet <br /> down gradient from the site. <br /> 5.0 SCHEDULE & REPORTING <br /> Geological Technics Inc. anticipates beginning field work no later than 30 days after cost pre- <br /> approval and issuance of the soil boring permit. The information gathered during this phase <br /> 'r of work (soil boring, groundwater and soil sampling) will be presented in a report which will <br /> include a summary of the geology, the results of sample analyses and information gathered <br /> from the well survey. This information will be used to propose the construction of deep, <br /> discretely screened, nested monitoring wells at this location. <br /> Dr. Ray Kablanow, a registered professional geologist responsible for the work, will <br /> �.. supervise the project. Copies of the report will be forwarded to both the appropriate County <br /> and State regulatory agencies. <br /> 6.0 SIGNATURE AND CERTIFICATION <br /> This project will be performed by Geological Technics Inc. in accordance with accepted <br /> geologic and hydrologic standards of the State of California accepted and in effect at the time <br /> of this investigation.
