1 <br /> Geological reduda me Page 5 <br /> Groundwater Monitonng Report <br /> Project No 723 2 <br /> October 29,2004 <br /> ' As required under AB2886, laboratory and groundwater elevation data were submitted <br /> electronically to GeoTracker on August 27, 2004 - confirmation numbers 9209655463 & <br /> 7807783365, respectively <br /> ' 2,0 FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION <br /> Groundwater samples were obtained from the existing wells and from three screened <br /> ' intervals in each of the CMTi'M wells The wells were grouped according to the aquifer <br /> interval that the screened section intercepted (see Figure 14 for well screen intervals) <br /> ' Shallow Wells (screened 35 —45 feet bgs) MW-4, 5, 6, 7, 8 &9 <br /> Intermediate Wells (screened 43 —70 feet bgs) MW-1, 2, & 3 and MW-107, 108 & 109 <br /> ' Deep Wells (screened 76—92 feet bgs) MW-101 and MW-207, 208 &209 <br /> The results of the groundwater sample analyses indicate the following <br /> Wells MW-7, MW-9, MW-107, MW-109, MW-201, MW-207 and MW-209 did not contain <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants above the laboratory reporting limits <br /> 1 TPH-G <br /> o The shallow wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging<50—27,900 ug/l <br />' o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-5 that is located cross <br /> gradient of the former dispenser island <br /> o Well MW-9 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the plume <br />' o Down gradient well MW-8 contained 684 ug/l TPH-G <br /> ® The intermediate wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging <50 - 114,000 <br /> ug/1 <br /> o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-3 that is located in the <br /> vicinity of the former dispenser island <br />' o Well MW-109 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the plume <br /> o Down gradient well MW-108 contained 987 ug/l TPH-G <br /> m The deep wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging <50 - 1050 ug/l <br />' o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-208 that is located <br /> down gradient of the former dispenser island <br /> o Well MW-209 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the plume <br /> o Well MW-101 contained 84 8 ug/l TPH-G This well intermittently contains <br /> contaminants <br /> 2 MTBE <br /> t ® The wells contained MTBE concentrations ranging<1 —508 ug/l <br /> 1 <br />
