El Dorado St.
' Stockton, CA
Project No 723 2
July 17, 2003
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
' This report summarizes the 2°d Quarter 2003 round of groundwater monitoring and testing
that took place on June 20, 2003 The laboratory results indicate that detectable
concentrations of the aromatic hydrocarbon compounds (BTEX) and gasoline range
' petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH-G) are present in seven of eight monitoring wells on site
The groundwater elevation averaged —22 81 feet mean sea level in the wells and this
' corresponds to about 33 feet below grade surface (bgs) This elevation is a decrease of
approximately 0 08 feet since the March 3, 2003 monitoring event Groundwater gradient
calculations show that groundwater flow is N74'E at 0 0057 ft/ft This is consistent with the
site's historical directions that have been predominantly to the northeast
In our June 27, 2002 work plan and subsequent addenda Geological Technics Inc (GTI)
proposed additional site investigation work to define the lateral extent of the groundwater
plume This work has been approved by San Joaquin County but obtaining encroachment
' permits from the City of Stockton is still pending
