El Dorado St.
' Stockton, CA
Project No 723 2
October 25, 2005
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
' This report summarizes the 3`d Quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring event that took place
on August 26, 2005
' The laboratory results indicate that detectable concentrations of the aromatic hydrocarbon
compounds (BTEX) and gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH-G) are present in all
six shallow/intermediate monitoring wells on site On site deep well MW-101 intermittently
' contains contaminants and it continues to contain low levels TPH-G Deep well MW-201 did
not contain contamination for the event
' The presence of TPH-G in cross gradient well set MW-7/107/207 probably represents the
lateral spreading edge of the advancing plume The presence of TPH-G in up gradient well
set MW-9/109/209 well set probably represents dispersion above the fluctuating water table
The down gradient well set, MW-81108/208, shows substantial levels of TPH-G
contamination in the intermediate and deep well Shallow well MW-8 was dry for the event
' The groundwater elevation averaged -25 08 feet mean sea level in the shallow wells and this
corresponds to about 35 feet below grade surface (bgs) This elevation is a decrease of
approximately 163 feet since the April 13, 2005 monitoring event As previously reported
by GTT, the CMTrm wells were so tightly coiled from shipping that it was difficult to install
the wells without the tubing corkscrewing in the borehole, even when the casing was
stretched out on the ground in the spin to warm and relax the coils The result of this twist in
