El Dorado St.
' Stockton, CA
Project No 723 2
' March 21, 2005
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
' This report summarizes the 1St Quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring event that took place on
January 27 &February 1, 2005
' The laboratory results indicate that detectable concentrations of the aromatic hydrocarbon
compounds (BTEX) and gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH-G) are present in all
six shallow/intermediate monitoring wells on site On site deep well MW-101 intermittently
' contains contaminants and it contained low levels TPH-G for the event Deep well MW-201
did not contain contamination for the event
' The presence of TPH-G in cross gradient well set MW-207 probably represents the lateral
spreading edge of the advancing plume This well did not contain contaminant
' concentrations above the laboratory reporting limits for the first three quarterly monitoring
events in 2004 The up gradient well set MW-9/109/209 did not contain contaminant
concentrations above the laboratory reporting limits These wells define the up gradient edge
' of the plume
The groundwater elevation averaged —25 92 feet mean sea level in the shallow wells and this
' corresponds to about 36 feet below grade surface (bgs) This elevation is an increase of
approximately 3 51 feet since the October 21, 2004 monitoring event As previously reported
by GTI, the CMT;M wells were so tightly coiled form shipping that it was difficult to install
the wells without the tubing corkscrewing in the borehole, even when the casing was
1
