i <br /> U <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Conestoga-Rovers & Associates(CRA) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises;LLC dba Shell Oil Products US(Shell) to document the recent groundwater <br /> monitoring well destructions performed at the former Shell service station located at <br /> 2320 North El Dorado Street,Stockton, California (Figure 1). <br /> r <br /> All of the wells associated with the site were properly destroyed per San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department specification. <br /> i <br /> 2.0 WELL DESTRUCTION <br /> 2.1 FIELD DATES <br /> June 15,16,17,21,22,and 23,2011. <br /> 2.2 PERSONNEL PRESENT <br /> Geologist Scott Lewis directed the well destruction activities. v <br /> 2.3 DESTRUCTION METHOD <br /> i <br /> All wells (MW-1 through MW-8) were destroyed by over drilling each well to the J <br /> original drilled depth and backfilling the borehole with grout per San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) guidelines. A copy of the well destruction <br /> permit is included in Appendix A. ! <br /> 2.4 WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> Waste material generated during well destruction activities was contained in 55-gallon <br /> drums.
