EI Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> To comply with the recently adopted State Water Resources Control Board Resolution <br /> #2009-0042, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) hereby <br /> modifies the monitoring well sampling requirements for your site by reducing the <br /> sampling of monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, and MW-5 through MW-8 to semi-annually, <br /> and MW-3 and MW-4 to annually. <br /> Additionally, the EHD has not received a report for. the advancement of Cone <br /> Penetrometer Testing (CPT) soil borings (CPT-1 through CPT-3) that occurred during <br /> the month of December 2008. This report has not been posted to Geotracker. Please <br /> submit the report to Geotracker by September 3, 2009. <br /> Please note that California Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations require that <br /> responsible parties for leaking USTs submit quarterly reports to the EHD. For quarterly <br /> reports when no sampling has occurred, the reports due at the EHD must include the <br /> status of the site, activities that have occurred at the site during the reporting period, and <br /> the dates future activities will occur at the site.
