The <br /> proposed scope of work complies with SJCEHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (RWQCB) guidelines. This work plan supersedes Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.'s <br /> previously approved October 4, 2004 Site Investigation Work Plan. This document also piovides a <br /> response to additionally requested items in SJCEHD's October 11,2007 letter. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is an operating Shell-branded service station located on the southeast'corner of the <br /> El Dorado Street and Hampton Street intersection in a mixed commercial and residential area of <br /> Stockton, California (Figure 1).
