(Cambria):prepared this work plan to assess the lateral extent of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates in groundwater beneath the site as requested in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department's (SICEHD's) November 29, 2005 letter. The <br /> proposed scope of work complies with SJCEHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> Cambria is currently researching the location and removal of a waste oil tank at the subject site. <br /> Results of these file reviews will be submitted under separate cover. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> i <br /> The subject property is an operating Shell-brandedservice station located on the southeast corner <br /> of the El Dorado Street and Hampton Street intersection in a mixed commercial and residential <br /> area of Stockton, California (Figure 1).
