The site is located at 1523-1617 East Main Street, 1881 East Market Street, <br /> 1904-1936 East Weber Avenue and four vacant parcels with no address, all located in Stockton, <br /> California. The property consists of eighteen parcels totaling approximately 18 acres; APNs 153- <br /> 040-03 and 153-040-09 have existing commercial structures, APN 153-040-10 includes a small <br /> office building and APNs 153-040-11, 153-040-12, 153-040-13, 153-040-14, 153-040-15 are vacant <br /> land utilized by a tow yard,and APNs 153-090-01, 153-090-02, 153-090-03, 153-090-04, 153-090- <br /> 05, 153-090-06, 153-090-07, 153-090-61 and 153-090-62 are vacant land and 153-090-58 is <br /> abandoned roadways (East Weber and A Street). The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. <br /> On 14, 15,28 and 30 November 2007,AGE advanced twenty-eight soil borings(B-8 through B-17 <br /> and V-1 through V-18)for the collection and laboratory analysis of soil,soil vapor and grab ground <br /> water samples. Major features on the site and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. The <br /> analytical results of current and past site investigations are summarized in Tables 1 through 4.Copies <br /> of the laboratory reports (Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories Project Nos.
