(AGE) has prepared this Limited Subsurface <br /> Investigation Report for the above-referenced properties. The investigation was conducted as part <br /> of a due diligence process for a potential property transfer. <br /> The scope of work included submittal of a work plan,a boring permit and regulatory oversight fees <br /> to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), advancement of six soil <br /> borings for the collection and laboratory analysis of soil and grab ground water samples, and <br /> preparation of this report.The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1.Major features on the site <br /> and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> Upon your approval, copies of this report will be transmitted to Ms. Lori Duncan of the EHD. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located on Main Street between Market Street and Wilson Way,within an industrial area <br /> of Stockton,California. The site is comprised of the following APNs and corresponding addresses: <br /> 153-040-03(1881 East Market Street), 153-040-11 (1555 East Main Street), 153-040-14(1531 East <br /> Main Street) and 153-040-15 (1523 East Main Street). APN 153-040-03 has existing commercial <br /> structures, and APNs 153-040-11, 153-040-14 and 153-040-15 are vacant land utilized by a tow <br /> yard. The prominent features on the subject property are depicted in Figure 2. <br /> The site history include the following information: <br /> • A 22,000-gallon fuel oil tank(Fuel Oil 46),located approximately 35 feet from the northeast <br /> corner of the western-most building on Parcel 153-040-03, was filled in-place in 1986. <br /> 837 Shaw Road.
