SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> CALIFORNIA TANK LINES FACILITY <br /> 3105 SOUTH ELDORADO STREET <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> SIERRA-PACIFIC PROJECT NO. 96-620.01 <br /> 1.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> This Health and Safety Plan (H&SP) describes basic safety requirements for the soil and <br /> ground-water exploration at the California Tank Lines, Inc. (CTL) facility, located at 3105 <br /> South El Dorado Street, in Stockton California. The location of the site in shown on Figure <br /> 1 <br />�I <br /> The provisions of this plan apply to the employees of Sierra-Pacific Groundwater Consultants, <br /> Inc. (Sierra-Pacific), and its subcontractors working on this phase of the project. The <br /> subcontractors may elect to increase the safety requirements for their work with the prior <br /> concurrence of Siena-Pacific, as described and accepted in writing. <br /> This H&SP describes the expected potential hazards that may be encountered on site . Field <br /> work is expected to begin in September, 1996. If the site, working conditions, or scope of work <br /> for this phase of the project change before or during the field work, this H&SP shall be revised <br /> in keeping with these changes by Sierra-Pacific. <br /> Sierra-Pacific Groundwater Consultants, Inc. 1 <br />
