(CTL) facility, located at 3105 <br /> South El Dorado Street, in Stockton California. The location of the site in shown on Figure <br /> 1 <br />�I <br /> The provisions of this plan apply to the employees of Sierra-Pacific Groundwater Consultants, <br /> Inc. (Sierra-Pacific), and its subcontractors working on this phase of the project. The <br /> subcontractors may elect to increase the safety requirements for their work with the prior <br /> concurrence of Siena-Pacific, as described and accepted in writing. <br /> This H&SP describes the expected potential hazards that may be encountered on site . Field <br /> work is expected to begin in September, 1996.
