A <br /> physician's attention is required regardless of the severity of the injury. <br /> lDirections to Hospital: <br /> Go north from site on South El Dorado Street, approximately 2.75 miles, turn <br /> ' 1 <br /> left (west) on Acacia Street. Proceed west approximately 9 blocks. Hospital is <br /> on the right (north) side of the street. Go just past the hospital and turn right <br /> L i into the driveway. Follow the signs to the Emergency Entrance. <br /> 1 <br /> Dameron Hospital <br /> 525 West Acacia Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> (209) 944-5550 <br /> r� <br /> The location of the hospital with reference to the subject site is shown on Figure 1. <br /> 14.4 Evacuation <br /> If evacuation is necessary, all personnel will proceed to a predetermined location in the support <br /> zone upwind of the site at the direction of the SSO. <br /> 14.5 Emer2ency Evacuation from Contaminated Areas <br /> Any person requiring medical attention shall be evacuated promptly from any contaminated <br /> area. However, personnel should not enter an area to attempt a rescue if their own lives would <br /> also be threatened because of inadequate personal protection (e .g., oxygen deficient atmosphere <br /> and no self-contained breathing apparatus) . The SSO shall be responsible for contacting the <br /> emergency services to evacuate any person from any area of the site which that person is <br /> allowed to enter and for providing special decontamination treatment or procedures for any <br /> injured person.
