Wells MW-15B and MW-16C are proposed within the <br /> sidewalk right-of-way of southbound S. El Dorado Street, adjacent to the subject property at 3105 S. El Dorado <br /> Street. Wells MW-17B, MW-18C, MW-19B and MW-20C are proposed within the sidewalk right-of-way of <br /> northbound S. El Dorado Street, adjacent to property at 3200 S. El Dorado Street, owned by El Dorado Property <br /> Management, LLC who have been notified of the proposed drilling. These locations are shown on the enclosed <br /> Proposed Monitoring Well Location Map (Figure 10), and further detailed on Figures 11 and 12. IES has read, <br /> understands and accepts the City's Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits. <br /> IES has been directed by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB)to conduct additional <br /> off-site groundwater assessment immediately off-site to the west of the above referenced property in an attempt to <br /> complete lateral delineation of dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon impact to groundwater.Therefore,IES is requesting <br /> a Revocable Permit from the City of Stockton to install six(6) groundwater monitoring wells.
