El Dorado Street, Stockton,California 95206 <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Boards(RWQCB)Case#390541 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> On behalf of El Dorado Land Holdings,LLC,the owner and Responsible Party(RP)for the above referenced project, <br /> Innovative Environmental Solutions (IES) is providing this notification of the proposed drilling of four (4) <br /> groundwater monitoring wells, identified as MW-1713, MW-18C, MW-19B and MW-20C located within the <br /> sidewalk right-of-way of northbound S. El Dorado Street, adjacent to the property located at 3200 S. El Dorado <br /> Street, Stockton, California 95206 (see the enclosed Figure). This notification is being provided as a requirement <br /> by the City of Stockton for IES to submit a request for a Revocable Permit to install and maintain private wells <br /> within the city's right-of-way.
