Have you confirmed this sampling event with the vendor and if so,
what time will the field technician be at the site today? I would like to be present so
please respond as soon as possible.
Mr. Nuel Henderson, PG, and I are available to meet with you in February to discuss the
California Tank Lines, Inc. site at 3105 South El Dorado Street in Stockton. Pleas let me
know when you would like to meet with us.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney@sjcehd.com
-----Original Message-----
From: AD [mailto:ad@DESxyz.com]
Sent: Tuesday, February 04, 2014 1:13 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: Greg; Allen Genetti
Subject: Calif Tank Lines Update
Vicki McCartney
SJCEHD
RE: California Tank Lines at 3105 S. El Dorado Street in Stockton
Hi Vicki,
My company uploaded Q3-2013 GW report to Geotracker yesterday for the above-referenced
site.
This report completed an update to the site conceptual model, which was partially
developed in the Q1-2013 GW Report dated January 2, 2013.
The submerged product plumes of oil and gasoline areal extent is still undetermined but
interim remedial action by dual phase extraction could be tied to compliment the proposed
wells for further investigation addressed in Q3-2013 Report. We would like to listen to
your input in a meeting at your office in February. Our mutual collaboration would enable
better choices for case closure and save time and costs.
This case had a little more complexity than what we typically encounter regarding
groundwater and contamination dynamics and historical background, which delayed our more
typical faster report turnaround.
I anticipate that future reporting will be much more timely in less than 60 days following
a field event.
We are in the process of scheduling Q1-2014 groundwater field work for February 11, 2014,
but are awaiting confirmation with our vendors.
Please confirm your availability for a meeting.
Best Reqards,
