Keryatta Dumisani and Robert Trommer, CHG <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Division of Financial Assistance <br /> 1001 1 Street <br /> Sacramento, CA 95814 <br /> Subject: 3105 EI Dorado Street S., Stockton, CA <br /> Fifth Review Summary Report Response CUF Claim # 8489 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> Review Summary Report — Additional Work, Fifth Review — August 2014 from Keryatta <br /> Dumisani and Robert Trommer of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Cleanup <br /> Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. The CUF concurred with the EHD that free product <br /> remains, secondary source remains, and that the case does not meet Low-threat Underground <br /> Storage Tank Case Closure Policy (LTCP) and recommended that the responsible party should <br /> resume free product removal and define the extent of groundwater contamination downgradient <br /> of the source area. <br /> The EHD agrees with the CUF recommendation; by letter dated 06 December 2012, the EHD <br /> directed monthly removal of free product and by letter dated 30 October 2013 directed quarterly <br /> reporting of the quantity of free product removed.
