Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Monday, June 27, 2011 3:30 PM
To: 'Joseph Krohn'; 'Tom Ballard'
Subject: 3105 E EI Dorado - California Tank Lines
Hi Joseph,
I reviewed Corrective Action Plan Feasibility Study(CAPFS) for California Tank Lines located at 3105 South EI
Dorado Street in Stockton. Included in the report were contaminant mass estimates for sorbed free product and
dissolved TPH-Gasoline and TPH-Diesel; however, the calculations were not included, nor were the mass
estimates for sorbed and dissolved TPH-Motor Oil, benzene, and 1,2-DCA. Please provide this information to
me. Also, in Figures 8 through 12 of the CAPFS concentrations are reported for TPH-G, TPH-D, TPH-MO,
benzene and 1,2-DCA in groundwater collected from MW-1 through MW-4. Please tell me the source of these
concentrations. Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: mccartnncy@sjcehd.com
6/27/2011
