There is no additional <br /> inspection fee. You must submit another Master File Record form if Thomas Ballard of Taber Consultants is not <br /> to be billed for any additional fees associated with this fieldwork. <br /> If it is determined that this well has been compromised and there are obstructions when we tag the well, then <br /> there is no point repairing the well box.
