Cal Tank Lines - - 4 - January 30, 2012 <br /> Risk Evaluation <br /> A soil vapor survey and human health risk assessment was conducted in June 2009, which <br /> concluded that no additional vapor migration risk from residual hydrocarbons. <br /> Recommendation <br /> December 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and implement active remediation to <br /> achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to <br /> track progress. <br /> UPDATED. April 2010, this site has been under investigation for 19 years and no active <br /> remediation has yet been conducted. The Fund continues to recommend that the San Joaquin <br /> County LOP direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and implement active <br /> remediation to reduce contaminant mass and achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely <br /> manner. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED. January 2011, the Fund recommends that free phase product recovery continue <br /> until removal is no longer cost effective. <br /> UPDATED.
