Remediation Summary: free product recovery only <br /> E. Contaminant Exposure Pathway Evaluation: soil vapor survey and human <br /> health risk assessment was conducted. <br /> F. Recommendation: <br /> In December 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and implement <br /> active remediation to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. The <br /> Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2010, this site has been under investigation for 19 years and no <br /> active remediation has yet been conducted. The Fund continues to recommend <br /> that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible Party to assess <br /> remedial technologies and implement active remediation to reduce contaminant <br /> mass and achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner.
