This concurrence is in <br /> response to the recommendation in the <br /> DES Report (June 16, 2014) and the <br /> recent Case review performed by the <br /> S WRCB. <br /> 2) Well Screen intervals should 20 to 35 <br /> feet bgs to capture the 1 st and 2nd sand <br /> zones identified in the cross-sections in <br /> the DES Report(June 16, 2014). <br /> 3) The SJCEHD will provide a directive <br /> letter for DES to prepare a Work Plan to <br /> guide installation of the 3 new <br /> groundwater monitoring wells. DES <br /> understands that the SJCEHD letter will <br /> also include instructions on the <br /> permitting procedures at SJCEHD. <br /> 4) In Q1 2014, an extended list of waste <br /> oil analytes were reported in MW 1. In <br /> the upcoming monitoring event, the <br /> extended list of waste oil analytes will be <br /> performed in MW2. <br /> 5)Nuel also indicated that the product in <br /> MW2 should be tested to determine its <br /> composition (gasoline, diesel, or waste <br /> oil). If product is found in other wells, <br /> the product in those wells should also <br /> be tested. <br /> 6) DES will coordinate with Time Qualar <br /> from AGE to perform coordinated <br /> monitoring of the California Tank Lines <br /> Site and Pacific Pride Site on the same <br /> day in Q4 2014. Once a date is <br /> scheduled, DES will notify Vicki so that <br /> an inspection can be arranged. <br /> 7) The SJCEHD indicated that <br /> conducting an updated land survey of the <br /> Pacific Pride Site wells would not be <br /> productive since those wells are CMT <br /> wells may not provide representative <br /> 11/10/2014 <br />
