<br />Annual training was performed December 21, 2006 for all eligible employees at:
<br />Village West Marina 6649 Embarcadero Drive Stockton, CA 95219
<br />The following items were covered during this training session:
<br />1) A general overview & description of all UST equipment was supplied. This included the definition and purpose
<br />for fill & vapor sumps, caps & adapters, submersible pump sumps, submersible pumps, product & return piping,
<br />transition sumps, dispenser spill containment boxes, impact valves, dispensers, hoses, safety breakaways, swivels,
<br />and nozzles.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IA.
<br />2) A general overview & description of the monitoring equipment panel (Veeder Root TLS -350) and sensors. A copy
<br />of the -customers current Monitoring Plan is available on site.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAB.
<br />3) A discussion was performed regarding the facilities "Fuel Spill Response Plan". instruction followed on location
<br />of spill containment products/equipment and determination of hazardous response. A copy of customers Fuel Spill
<br />Response Plan is available or, site and at my office.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAC.
<br />4) A list of the contact person(s) for emergencies and monitoring equipment alarms was already available to all
<br />employees prior to the commencement of my training session. To my knowledge they have had this information
<br />on site for years.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAD.
<br />5) A list of employees trained was maintained on site and in my office:. I understand that the customer may have
<br />misplaced their copy ... however, a copy has always been available at my office. I have sent a copy to the site so
<br />that it is now their also.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line 3.
<br />A copy of this letter will also be forwarded to Village West Marina for their on-site records.
