Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Jeff Carruesco, R.E.H.S. <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the <br />Underground Storage Tank Return to Compliance document that you submitted to this <br />office on May 1St, 2006, for the above referenced facility. <br />On April 4th, 2006, EHD performed a routine facility inspection and found the following <br />violation: <br />"The personnel training records for the required designated operator performed <br />training was not available at the time of inspection. The designed operator was <br />required to perform training by July], 2005 on the facilities monitoring plan, <br />response plan and best management practices. This training must also be <br />conducted annually. Submit to this office a copy of the training record by 5/4/06. " <br />The Designated Operator employee training must occur as required in Title 23 California <br />Code of Regulations Section 2715 (f)(1). <br />The training record that was submitted to this office did not identify the elements of the <br />training program.
