Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />submittals supercede the previous ones. <br />2. All fittings and sumps must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM ect... See Title 23 Chapter 16 <br />Table B for complete list) <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST <br />Installer/Retrofitter certification must be onsite when work is performed on the sumps. The <br />individual must also be certified by the manufacturer. <br />4. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) California UST <br />Service Technician certification must be onsite when work is performed on any monitoring <br />device. The individual must also be certified by the manufacturer. <br />5. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br />a. 24-hour lake test on the new sumps <br />b. Functionality test of the sensors once re -installed <br />6. A 3rd party tank integrity test must be performed once concrete is poured, prior to the <br />contractor signing off of the jobsite. This office must receive results within 7 days of <br />completing work. <br />7. EHD recommends installing a sensor in the transition sump to be located on the dock. <br />8. The facility must maintain a daily visual inspection log of the aboveground piping. <br />9. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />10. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br />11.
