This <br />includes, and is not limited to, the installation or the <br />replacement of leak detectors. Permits will be issued as a <br />retrofit or repair as provided in the Environmental Health <br />Division Fee Schedule. <br />Special consideration will be given to contractors installing <br />leak detectors or sensor replacements during routine maintenance <br />operations at underground tank facilities if a retrofit or repair <br />permit is obtained on the following business day. The contractor <br />making the leak detector or sensor replacement must only use <br />equipment which has prior State of California Water Resources <br />Control Board approval. <br />A Divis'on of San Joaquin COUnty Health Care Services <br />
