Proper labels installed at time of <br /> inspection. All waste listed picked up by AES on 03/24/2011(copy enclosed) <br /> Item 23: Oil filter drum that was stored inside the oil recycling building had <br /> the lid placed on it and the accumulation date placed on the drum. <br /> Item 27: The oil filter crusher container had the 3" round cover placed on the <br /> drum at the time of inspection. <br /> Item 50: The waste oil was picked up by AES on 03/24/2011, manifest <br /> attached. <br /> Item 60,61,62: Copy of manifest attached, a copy placed on site. <br /> Underground Storage Tank <br /> Item 4: Documents had been sent to EHD and were in the on site file. Made <br /> another copy and gave to Inspector at time of inspection. <br />
