NEAR DUMPSTER OUTSIDE <br /> AND ALSO IN STORE. BITE MARKS IN MANY OF THE CHIP BAGS&SNACKS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival spoke with manager on site,she stated the facility had a rodent problem in the past but pest control was called <br /> out and a mice was captured.The facility has had pest control go out 5/31/2019 and 06/08/2019,traps were left around the <br /> facility and near the storage room where food products are stored. Observed no rodent markings on any of the candy or chips <br /> in the facility.
