(AGE) , on <br /> your behalf for the above-referenced site. The work plan included installation of two additional <br /> dual phase extraction (DPE) wells and installation , operation and maintenance of the DPE <br /> remediation system . Then by letter dated 20 April 2012, the EHD requested an update on the <br /> installation of the DPE remediation system and directed the immediate installation of the DPE <br /> system if the system had not already been installed. <br /> In Groundwater Monitoring Report - Second Quarter 2012, dated 07 August 2012 , AGE <br /> recommended `Installation and implementation of dual phase remediation at the site, as <br /> described in the AGE-prepared Remedial Action Work Plan - August 2011, dated 16 August <br /> 2011 and directed by END letter dated 20 April 2012. Dual phase extraction (DPE) wells, <br /> DPE-1 and DPE-2, were installed at the site in November 2011 as described in the AGE- <br /> prepared Dual Phase Extraction Well Installation Report, dated 05 January 2012. AGE is <br /> currently in the process of securing the appropriate city and county construction and discharge <br /> permits (i . e. APCD, municipal utilities district for sewer discharge, building department: <br /> electrical , plumbing and seismic) . AGE anticipates the permitting process should be completed, <br /> and installation of the DPE system at the site shall begin during the 3`d quarter 2012 ." <br /> In Groundwater Monitoring Report - Fourth Quarter 2012, dated 22 April 2013 , AGE <br /> recommended `Installation and implementation of dual phase remediation at the site, as <br /> described in the AGE-prepared Remedial Action Work Plan —August 2011, dated 16 August <br /> 2011 and directed by EHD letter dated 20 April 2012.
