RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 1 <br /> Based upon data collected during the 3`d Quarter 2005, AGE recommends: <br /> ' In accordance with a SJCEHD letter dated 08 August 2005, AGE will remove total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as motor oil (TPH-mo) from the analytical list of <br /> compounds for all monitoring wells. <br /> • In accordance with a SJCEHD letter dated 10 October 2005,AGE will reduce the monitoring <br /> frequency at wells MW-2; MW-3, MW-6 and MW-11 from quarterly to annual; annual <br /> ' monitoring events will be.performed during the 4'quarter of each calendar-year. <br /> Continued quarterly ground water monitoring utilizing wells MW-1,MW-4,MW-5 through <br /> MW-10 and MW-12;the fourth quarter 2005 ground water monitoring event was performed <br /> on 20 December 2005 and a report of findings is forthcoming. y <br /> ' If applicable,conduct future ground water monitoring events concurrently with the Cal-Tank <br /> Lines site (3105 South El Dorado Street). <br /> • Installation of an additional `shallow' ground monitoring well may be warranted southeast <br /> iof well MW-9A to completely define the First Water Zone dissolved 1,2-DCA plume. <br /> • AGE has begun preparation of a site conceptual model(SCM)in accordance with a SJCEHD <br /> ' recommendation in a letter dated 08 August 2005.AGE anticipates completion of the SCM <br /> by March 2006. <br /> • Preparation of a corrective action plan (CAP) in accordance with Article 11, Chapter 15, <br /> ' UST Regulations.The CAP will assess a minimum of three remedial alternatives for soil and <br /> . ground water at the site. <br /> ' 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> ' environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon <br /> analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.Evaluation of the hydrogeoiogic conditions <br /> ' at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from review of previous consultants reports <br /> and a limited number of available data points(ground water data/samples)and subsurface conditions <br /> may vary away from these data points.No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the <br /> ' professional interpretations, opinions, and recommendations contained in this report. <br /> ' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
