`r <br /> Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. = _ <br /> 27 November 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0301 <br /> Ms Carol Oz <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Pacific Pride <br /> 3147 South El Dorado, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms Oz <br /> At the request of Mr David Atwater of Van De Pol Enterprises,Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc <br /> (AGE)has performed a sensitive receptor survey as part of initial site characterization requirements <br /> under the California Code of Regulations-Title 23,Division 3,Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site <br /> located at 3147 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California The scope of work for the sensitive <br /> receptor survey was to locate potential vertical conduits including municipal, domestic, irrigation <br /> or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site Furthermore, a search was <br /> performed t6 locate any septic systems that could potentially serve as a pathway to surface ground <br /> water The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Site <br /> structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> Drinking water near the site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton municipal well system The <br /> municipal wells in the site area are maintained by California Water Service Company(Cal-Water) <br /> Based on a map titled Water System of Stockton, published in 1996 by Cal-Water, there are no <br /> municipal water wells maintained by the City of Stockton or Cal-Water within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> On 15 August 2000, a representative of AGE conducted a search at the California Department of <br /> Water Resources-Central Division of well drillers reports for water wells located in the surrounding <br /> area Drillers reports for water wells located within a 2000 ft -radius were found for the following <br /> • One domestic water well located on the property at 3511 Harvey Street, <br /> • One domestic water well located on the property at 3267 Mc Kinley Avenue, and <br /> • Ten ground water monitoring wells located at 3242 South El Dorado <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
