You must keep comparison records and you must also inspect <br /> the container's supports and foundations. In addition, you must frequently inspect the outside of the <br /> container for signs of deterioration, discharges, or accumulation of oil inside diked areas. <br /> Since the tanks are double walled, SP-001 will allow for inspection of the interstice by B2Engineering <br /> for the initial inspection. This inspection was conducted May 25, 2016. All four tanks passed (this <br /> includes the six compartments). The inspection report is provided with SPCC. <br /> ■ At a minimum every 5-years the re certification process is required. <br /> ■ Weekly Inspections are not documented. However, Monthly and annual inspections of tanks shall be <br /> documented in the training log and will include leak inspections, verifying liquid level monitors are <br /> operating correctly, and testing all overfill detectors.
