I Facility Description
A. Facility Location
The physical address of the Grab & Go Plaza (facility) is 25460 S. Schulte Road in Tracy,
California and the vicinity of the facility is shown in Figure 1. It is located northwest of the
intersection of Schulte Road and Mountain House Parkway, approximately 1.3 miles south
of Highway 205 and approximately 0.3 miles northeast of Highway 580. It sits on two
parcels totaling approximately 2.5 acres.
B. Facility Operations
This facility has been in operation since November 2009. The facility includes a mini
market, an enclosed Tank House that contains four Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs),
gasoline and diesel dispensers, and a car wash. A small strip of retail businesses is also
located on the site which includes a Subway restaurant. The facility operates 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
Employees routinely inspect each site used for product storage and transfer. They store
adsorbent and other materials for spill containment and cleanup at various locations in the
facility. They apply absorbent as required and sweep up any used absorbent and place it in a
drum for subsequent offsite disposal. Spill containment and cleanup materials storage
locations are shown on Figure 2.
C. Facility Storage
Figure 2 is a site plan for the facility that shows the location of all fuel storage tanks. A
description of each tank can be found in Table 1 below.
-2
