Be sure to include your APSA activity in the Businesses Activities section in <br /> CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 CFR 112.5(a) Failed to amend Plan as necessary. <br /> -The SPCC plan inaccurately states that the name of the facility is 7-Eleven and owned by BFT MT House LLC. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of fuel contaminated water was observed in the room with the gasoline tanks. <br /> Table 2 of the SPCC plan states that the facility has no 55 gallon drums on site. <br /> The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan must be amended when there is a change in the <br /> facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that materially affects its potential for a discharge,within 6 <br /> months of the change, and implemented as soon as possible, not later than 6 months following preparation of the <br /> amendment.
