El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton,California <br /> CWRCB GID Code T0607700498 <br /> } <br /> March-3,2010 <br /> GPE Project No. 102.3 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION j <br /> This report documents the final abandonment (destruction) of two former groundwater <br /> monitoring wells located on the Property. This work was completed on February 25, <br /> 2010. <br /> 1.1 Site History <br /> The parcel is the target of remedial investigation of two separate releases at widely <br /> separate points on the property. The release that was first identified is located near the <br /> south end of the parcel and is referred to as the Western Lift Site. This southerly release <br /> has been adequately mitigated and the remedial investigation has ended, although the <br /> northerly release is still being remediated. The purpose of this Work Plan describe <br /> methods and protocols to be used in the abandonment of the two remaining monitoring <br /> wells (designated as MW--1 and MW-4).associated with the southern release site. <br /> On January 27, 2010,. a Work Plan was submitted to the SJC-EHD. The Work Plan was <br /> subsequently approved, and the abandonment permit was issued.
