El Dorado <br />' Stockton, California <br />' Project No 443 2 <br /> July 12, 1996 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION & SITE HISTORY <br />' On behalf of Bank of Stockton, Geological Technics Inc has performed <br /> environmental assessment work at the subject Property located at 3430 S EI Dorado <br /> in the City of Stockton The subject Property is currently the site of Cutter Lumber, <br />' which is engaged in manufacturing wooden shipping pallets The Property was <br /> formerly the site of Western Lumber Sales which operated several underground <br /> storage tanks that were removed in 1991 and were found to have leaked <br />' The Property as a Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site, which is in the <br /> State Cleanup fund (USTCFP) and has been assigned claim number 1$7$ In the <br /> course of assessing the impact to soil and groundwater, a total of 5 groundwater <br /> mortoring wells have been installed in the southerly portion of the Property <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring has been conducted since November 1992 The <br /> following as a brief chronology of events associated with the UST project <br /> • 06/91 3 USTs removed <br /> • 09/91 1st phase over-excavation <br /> • <br /> 10/91 2nd phase over-excavation <br /> 1 <br />
