Bank of Stockton- Cutter Lumber Site page 6
Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report
Project No. 102.2
. January 18, 2005
1 3.0 DISCUSSION
3.1 Discussion of Data
Field and analytical data results are summarized in Tables 1 and 2 and
illustrated in Figures 3 through 5.
' The contour map of the groundwater surface (Figure 3) suggests that the flow of
groundwater is to the northeast, and appears generally consistent with
historical norms. Over the past quarter the groundwater elevation has risen
' about 2 feet from the prior monitoring event.
Over the years, the contaminant concentrations have displayed a gradual
' downward trend in all of the wells except MW-8B and MW-9. The past several
events suggest, however, that the contaminant plume may have migrated to the
east sufficiently to be detectable in MW-10.
' 3.2 Futurerk
Wo Schedule I
• Quarterly groundwater monitoring will continue. Construction of the remedial
system is complete. Continuous operation of the new SVEIAS remedial system
' will commence in the next few days as soon as an inspection by the APCD can be
arranged.
I
I
i ,
1
t2937 Veneman Ave.,#B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
