Bank of Stockton- Cutter Lumber Site Page 6
Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report
Project No. 102.2
• February 6,2004
' 3.0 DISCUSSION
1 3.1 Discussion of Data
Field and analytical data results are summarized in Tables i and 2 and
illustrated in Figures 3 through 5.
The contour map of the groundwater surface (Figure 3) suggests that the flow of
t groundwater is to the northeast, and appears generally consistent with
historical norms. Over the past quarter the groundwater elevation has changed
only slightly from the prior monitoring event.
In the September sampling event, the contaminant concentrations in the
' peripheral or down-gradient wells were abnormally high. In this current event,
the concentrations have returned to historical norms.
' 3.2 Future Work Schedule
Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling should continue. The San
Joaquin County EHD has approved a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). A detailed
budget outlining the anticipated costs associated with the CAP will be submitted
' to the California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund in the near future
for pre-approval of the anticipated costs.
' 2937 Veneman Ave.,#13240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
