EI Dorado, Stockton, has been tentatively approved by <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The Case Closure <br /> Summary/Request for Site Closure is a proposal to discontinue soil and groundwater <br /> investigation and contamination cleanup/remediation caused by the unauthorized <br /> release from the UST which was located on the property. <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the request is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code <br /> of Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant closure with <br /> no further action required (NFAR) will not have significant adverse environmental <br /> impacts and that minor benefits will be gained from additional cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> The Case Closure Summary/Request for Site Closure is available for public review <br /> upon request at the EHD, 1868 E. Hazelton Ave., Stockton, CA. during normal <br /> working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m,, or the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board GeoTracker website. If no comments are received by May 28, 2012, the <br /> request for Site closure will be granted. <br /> Questions regarding the specific Site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3442 or sent in writing to him at EHD, 1868 <br /> E. Hazelton Ave., Stockton, CA. 95205. <br />
