Personnel handling soil samples will wear surgical <br /> inner gloves and Nitrile® outer gloves to avoid skin contact with <br /> contaminated soils. <br /> A well equipped First-Aid Kit will be available at all times on-site For <br /> minor injuries: All ERM-West field personnel are trained in the use <br /> of the First-Aid Kit and have completed the 40 hour course in Health <br /> and Safety Training for Hazardous Waste Workers as required by <br /> federal OSHA regulations found in 29CFR1910.120. In addition, a <br /> Site Safety Officer will be present at the site to assure that all <br /> personnel in and around the excavation take reasonable precautions <br /> — to prevent injury to themselves and their co-workers. <br /> _- 3-1 <br />
