1 <br /> AZURE ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> January 30, 1997 AZ145-001 <br /> I <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 1996 <br />' GROUND-WATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> October 1 through December 30, 1996 <br /> Manna Pro Facility <br />' Stockton, California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' This Fourth Quarter 1996 Ground-Water Monitoring Report is submitted on behalf of Manna Pro <br /> Corporation ("Manna Pro") for the facility at 4004 South El Dorado Street in Stockton, <br />' California ("the Site", Figures 1 and 2) This report presents the results of ground-water <br /> monitoring performed at the Site for the period of October 1 through December 30, 1996 This <br /> report also contains a technical status summary of the work completed at the Site during the <br />' quarterly period and work anticipated to be performed during the first quarter 1997 <br /> 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF GROUND-WATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> Thegpro round-water monitoring ram at the Site consists of the following activities <br /> g g <br /> C Quarterly collection of ground-water level measurements from monitoring wells <br /> 1 o Quarterly collection and laboratory analysis of ground-water samples from monitoring wells, <br /> in accordance with the monitoring schedule in Table 1 <br /> 0 Quarterly submittal of ground-water monitoring reports <br /> 3.0 GROUND-WATER MONITORING RESULTS <br />' 31 Ground-Water Elevations and Flow Direction <br /> Water-level measurements and calculated ground-water elevations were collected from <br /> monitoring wells at the Site on November 19, 1996 and are summarized in Table 2 Ground- <br /> water elevations from Site monitoring wells were used to construct potentiometric contours for <br />' shallow-zone sediments A water table elevation map for the shallow ground-water zone is <br /> illustrated in Figure 3 <br />' Ground-water level data indicate the depth to ground water measured in on-site wells on <br /> November 19, 1996 varied between 31 47- and 33 95-feet below grade These data indicate a <br /> decrease of ground-water levels at the Site from water levels measured during the previous <br /> quarter (average decrease of 0 83 feet) During the period between October 1992 and November <br /> 1996, the depth to ground water varied between 34 24 feet (November 1996) and 42 60 feet <br /> (October 1992) below grade at well M`1d-1 Based upon these data, it appears that water levels at <br /> _ l <br />
