1 - <br /> AZURE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />' July 30, 1996 AZ145-001 <br /> QUARTERLY GROUND-WATER MONITORING REPORT <br />' April 1 through June 30, 1996 <br /> Manna Pro Facility <br /> Stockton, California <br />' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' This Quarterly Ground-Water Monitoring Report is submitted on behalf of Manna Pro <br /> Corporation ("Manna Pro") for the facility at 4004 South El Dorado Street in Stockton, <br /> California ("the Site", Figures 1 and 2) This report presents the results of ground-water <br />' monitoring performed at the Site for the period of April 1 through June 30, 1996 This report <br /> also contains a technical status summary of the work completed at the Site during the quarterly <br /> period and work anticipated to be performed during the July through September, 1996 quarter <br />' 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF GROUND-WATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br />' The ground-water monitoring program at the Site consists of the following activities <br /> • Quarterly collection of ground-water level measurements from monitoring wells <br /> O Quarterly collection and laboratory analysis of ground-water samples from monitoring wells, <br /> in accordance with the monitoring schedule in Table 1 <br /> o Quarterly submittal of ground-water monitoring reports <br />' 3.0 GROUND-WATER MONITORING RESULTS <br />' 331 Ground-Water Elevations and Flow Direction <br /> Water-level measurements and calculated ground-water elevations were collected from <br />' monitoring wells at the Site on May 14, 1996 and are summarized in Table 2 Ground-water <br /> elevations from Site monitoring wells were used to construct potentiometric contours for shallow- <br /> zone sediments A water table elevation map for the shallow ground-water zone is illustrated in <br />' Figure 3 <br />' Ground-water level data indicate the depth to ground water measured in on-site wells on May 14, <br /> 1996 vaned between 3147- and 33 95-feet below grade During the period between October <br /> 1991 and May 1996, the depth to ground water vaned between 31 82 feet (May 1996) and 42 60 <br /> feet(October 1992) below grade at well MW-1 Based upon these data, it appears that water <br /> levels at the Site have risen approximately 10 8 feet during the period between October 1992 and <br /> May 1996 However, the ground-water level at MW-1 decreased slightly (0 39 feet) during the <br /> period from March 1996 to May 1996 <br />' 1 <br />
