1 <br /> AZURE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />' October 30, 1996 AZ145-001 <br /> QUARTERLY GROUND-WATER MONITORING REPORT <br />' July 1 through September 30, 1996 <br /> Manna Pro Facility <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 1 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' Tlus Quarterly Ground-Water Monitoring Report is submitted on behalf of Manna Pro <br /> Corporation ("Manna Pro") for the facility at 4004 South El Dorado Street in Stockton, <br /> California("the Site", Figures 1 and 2) This report presents the results of ground-water <br />' monitoring performed at the Site for the period of July 1 through September 30, 1996 This <br /> report also contains a technical status summary of the work completed at the Site during the <br /> quarterly period and work anticipated to be performed during the October through December, <br />' 1996 quarter <br /> 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF GROUND-WATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br />' Theound-water monitoring program at the Site consists of the following activities <br /> � gp g g <br /> G Quarterly collection of ground-water level measurements from monitoring wells <br /> a Quarterly collection and laboratory analysis of ground-water samples from morutonng wells, <br /> in accordance with the monitoring schedule in Table 1 <br /> 0 Quarterly submittal of ground-water monitoring reports <br /> 3.0 GROUND-WATER MONITORING RESULTS <br /> 3.1 Ground-Water Elevations and Flow Direction <br />' Water-level measurements and calculated ground-water elevations were collected from <br /> monitoring wells at the Site on August 1, 1996 and are summarized in Table 2 Ground-water <br />' elevations from Site monitonng wells were used to construct potentiometne contours for shaIlow- <br /> zone sediments A water table elevation map for the shallow ground-water zone is illustrated in <br /> Figure 3 <br /> Ground-water level data indicate the depth to ground water measured in on-site wells on August <br /> 1, 1996 vaned between 33 29- and 35 66-feet below grade Dunng the period between October <br /> 1992 and August 1996, the depth to ground water vaned between 43 12 feet (October 1992) and <br />' 33.96 feet(August 1996)below grade at well MW-2 Based upon these data, it appears that <br /> water levels at the Site have risen approximately 9 2 feet during the period between October 1992 <br /> 1 <br />
